| FIHIAP
provides subsidies to pay for private health insurance premiums for
uninsured individuals and families whose income is at or below 175%
of the federal poverty level. FHIAP's purpose is to extend health insurance coverage to families who currently are not eligible for medicaid but who are unable to afford private health insurance. Funds are limited. It is important to get on the list as early as possible. To reserve a spot and begin the application process, call 1-888-564-9669. Reservation cards are also available with approved insurance providers and at some government offices. |
