This department is responsible for youth 12-18 with pre-adjudicated issues, informal probation issues, court ordered sanctions / probation and supervision issues. It also is responsible for a court ordered community service component and maintains a shelter care home. Detention services for this department are provided by contract with Klamath County Juvenile Department located in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

The Lake County Juvenile Services Office is located on the bottom floor of the Courthouse in downtown Lakeview (corner of Highway 395 and Center Street).

Goodwill uses many different approaches to construct meaningful learning situations and work opportunities for our clients. Each client is evaluated by an Employment Specialist upon intake for their individual capabilities, and placed in the program that is most appropriate. A Job Coach then works with the client individually to oversee follow-through of the personalized work program.
