healthy living environment.

a. Live independent and inclusive lifestyles; and
b. Achieve their desired level of productivity.

consistent with the wishes of the individual and those closest to

crisis/respite services modifications to
EOHSC Board of Directors.
2. Review revenue allocations.
3. Analyze trends and potential causes of crisis situations.
4. Submit annual report to stakeholders.
5. Explore future possibilities and look for better ways
to serve
regional clients and the community.
6. Utilize all available means of communications, including
phone, fax,
First Class E-mail and meetings.
7. Resolve resource deficiencies.
8. Identify resource development.
9. Review performance measures and benchmarks.
10. Update and/or amend policies and procedures.
